Godspell was the first major musical theatre offering from 3-time Grammy and Academy Award winner Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Pippin, Children Of Eden); and it took the world by storm. Led by the international hit, "Day By Day," Godspell features a parade of beloved songs including "Prepare Ye The Way Of The Lord," "Learn Your Lessons Well," "All For The Best," "All Good Gifts," "Turn Back, O Man" and "By My Side." A small group of people help Jesus Christ tell different parables by using a wide variety of games, storytelling techniques, and hefty dose of comic timing. An eclectic blend of songs ranging in style from pop to vaudeville is employed as the story of Jesus's life dances across the stage. Dissolving hauntingly into the Last Supper and the Crucifixion, Jesus's messages of kindness, tolerance, and love come vibrantly to life. Boasting a score with chart topping songs, a book by a visionary playwright (John-Michael Tebelak), and a feature film, Godspell is a sensation that continues to touch audiences.

In this heartwarming comedy, Mom has been dead for 11 months and shows up at her husband’s birthday party, as a ghost with a mission. Like Clarence in It’s A Wonderful Life, Mom has to accomplish a task to earn her wings. Only the task itself is a mystery! There are so many things to fix, where will she start? The problem is complicated since the only person who can see or hear Mom is her daughter, who has been ordered by the court to spend Dad’s birthday with him, as part of her Anger Management Program. One by one, the family's secrets are peeled away, revealing a shocking truth that surprises even our ghost.

Romantic Fools examines love, lust, dating, and romance -- from a date with a caveman, to the joys of dull sex, to the surprise frustrations of having a perfect mate. With influences of Monty Python, Saturday Night Live, Jules Feiffer, the Marx Brothers, and classic vaudeville comedy, these sketches vary in style but all celebrate the inherent comedy of male-female relationships.
If you enjoyed Ghostlight’s production of Alzheimer’s the Musical, you’ll love Romantic Fools

Neil Simon's portrait of a writer as a young teen in 1937 living with his family in a crowded, lower middle-class Brooklyn walk-up. Dreaming of baseball and girls, Eugene must cope with the mundane existence of his family life in Brooklyn: a formidable mother, overworked father, and his worldly older brother Stanley. Throw into the mix his widowed Aunt Blanche, her two young, but rapidly aging, daughters and Grandpa, the Socialist, and you have a recipe for hilarity, served up Simon-style! This bittersweet memoir reminiscently captures the life of a struggling Jewish household, and as his father states, "If you didn't have a problem, you wouldn't be living here.”  *This play is rated PG-13*

April 14th- April 24th 2016

WORLD PREMIERE!!!

Mel has lots of choices to make--little choices, like what to have for breakfast, all the way to big choices, like who should she marry? What will she decide to do? Why not ask the audience? In this musical, the audience gets to shape the story, decision by decision, and watch it unfold with the choices they make. How will it end?

That's for YOU to decide in this one of a kind, original musical event written by Daniel Tenney!
